The Enlightening Leaders Community (ELC) is a growing circle of leaders devoted to the Oneness of Spirit and Leadership. This community brings together leaders who seek a deeper connection between their Spirit and how they lead.Â
A Founding Member has invited you to join two community calls as a guest, at no cost and no obligation.
Each month focuses on one of the Attributes of Enlightening Leaders.
Call OneÂ
The Teaching
ELC co-founders, Shakti Dudley and Alan Prushan, open the month by teaching one of the Attributes of Enlightening Leaders. They share its lineage, principles, and how they apply to a leader’s daily life.
Call Two
The Discussion
A facilitated conversation about what happened in each member’s leadership and daily life since the Teaching call. Members share what changed, what challenged them, what they noticed, and any questions they still have.
After the Two Calls
Shortly after the second community call concludes, you will receive an invitation from Shakti and Alan to discuss the possibility of joining the Enlightening Leaders Community. You will never be marketed to with automated in-box bombing.
